Booking Information

Booking Fee

• £20 for Intimate Waxing
• 50% for appointments that exceed £35
• Payment in full for bookings that are less than £35
• Your booking fee will be deducted from your final balance upon completion of your treatment

Rescheduling

• A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment (3 days)
• Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will result in your booking fee becoming non-refundable/transferable

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancelling without rescheduling will result in your booking fee becoming non-refundable
• No-Shows will forfeit their booking fee, and this may result in future bookings not be accepted

I completely understand that life happens, but these policies protect the time I reserve for each client and allow me to provide the best service possible

Please be prompt for your appointment as treatments MUST commence at your booking start time. If late, you may have your appointment cut short and still be charged the full fee
